Can Piwik detect proxy visitor's real IP instead of proxy IP? (no replies)

Hi.

If a visitor is using a proxy or vpn or any IP changer (except for Tor, which is impossibe to track, I know)
Can Piwik detect visitor's real IP?
If not, do you know any other way to detect the real IPs?
