piwik time out of sync with server clock (no replies)

Hi can some offer any advice on an issue with the tracking time.

I found a similar post here:

In the visitor log each count is an hour ahead.

In the settings for the website in piwik it is set to EUROPE/LONDON which is correct. I just don't get it..
